We founded our company because as freelancers and subcontractors, we saw a lot of what we consider client abuse....charging $250 for changing the text in a scrolling marquee (10 minutes work and maybe 2 minutes upload time)....registering of domain names in the host/designer's name instead of the client-thereby robbing the client of legal title if they decided they wanted or needed to change to a different host and/or designer-many clients lost their site and their domain name and had to start all over....these are just two examples.
We promise to provide quality, professional services in an ethical, clear fashion...no double-talk, no hype. When we receive final site payment, we zip your site and send it to you. If we do site maintenance, we will always send you an updated copy when changes are made; YOU always have your site available. If you ever decide to switch designers or go in-house, you will have all you need to do so. We will even make certain you know which fonts and web colors were used.
